- Built and secured a RAG chatbot for HR advisory; implemented role-based access control (RBAC) using SQL Server stored procedures to dynamically filter Pinecone vector-database retrieval by user role and company, enforcing multi-tenant data isolation.
- Researched and prototyped a TF-IDF candidate-matching model (Python, FastAPI, scikit-learn), then adopted vector-embedding semantic search (Pinecone) for higher semantic accuracy.
- Developed and debugged the recruitment and onboarding modules of HRMS 3.0 (ASP.NET MVC / C#), including Recruitment Tracker, Dashboard, and Talent Pool features.
- Upgraded resume intake to batch-processing with multi-file upload and AI-powered resume parsing (FastAPI).
- Designed a 7-table onboarding database schema (SQL Server) with an ERD.
- Built an automation tool for repetitive data-cleaning tasks to help structure the HR Advisory dataset.
