AI Engineer
Software Engineer at a multi-tenant HR SaaS platform, building production Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, semantic search and full-stack AI features, delivered through a spec-driven AI development workflow of my own design.
Seeking an AI Engineer role where I can own AI features end to end, from requirements through to production.
My workflow treats a structured specification as the single source of truth: hard engineering constraints are written into it before any code exists, eight agent-owned stages run in isolated sessions and hand over only through a numbered acceptance checklist, UI behaviour is verified in a real browser, and every run writes its conclusions back into a project knowledge base held in the repository.

- Led requirements gathering for the AI candidate matching feature: interviewed the company's HR team to map how they assess and prioritise candidates without system support, then translated that human judgement into the weighting model behind the AI match, which became the basis for the build.
- Implemented the matching itself: replaced the previous keyword search with semantic retrieval so candidates surface by meaning rather than exact wording, and made a candidate or job requirement entered once write to both the database and the AI search index, with automatic rollback on failure and a scheduled reconciliation so the two never drift apart.
- Designed how the platform commercialises its AI capabilities: which AI modules a client can access is governed by their subscription plan, allowing a single codebase to serve both standard and AI-tier customers.
Software Engineer Intern (HRMS 3.0)

- Co-developed the internal RAG chatbot used by the company's HR department to answer HR policy questions, implementing tenant-level access control that keeps each client company's HR data isolated, and operated the GPU server behind it, starting and stopping the instance on demand to control compute cost.
- Developed the Onboarding module of HRMS 3.0, supporting per-company and per-department configuration of onboarding steps, content and checklists, and designed the module's database schema and ERD.
- Developed the Recruitment Tracker, Dashboard and Talent Pool features of the recruitment module (ASP.NET MVC / C#, SQL Server).
- Extended resume intake from single-file handling to batch processing with AI-powered resume parsing.
