Designed and developed an intelligent Telegram chatbot for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) services using a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. This solution provides instant, knowledge-grounded responses to customer queries.

Key features include:

• Automated triage system that evaluates user symptoms.
• Intelligent doctor matching algorithm based on symptom assessment.
• Seamless appointment scheduling and inquiry management.

Selected as one of only 5 recipients university-wide at University of Technology Sarawak (UTS), recognizing outstanding academic excellence and leadership potential.
